The local joke of sorts is "Tokyo Tower" is just a red colour version of the Eiffel Tower. So I thought it'd be funny to remix this as a cute version of Tokyo Tower, since nothing on openclipart for that. The cartoon face (because of design of Tokyo Tower) felt better moved down too. cheers!
