This is a member of the infamous hate group form America: the KKK. At one time, they did very horrible things and of course I'm not endorsing their ideas in the slightest by making this clipart image. I just thought it might be useful. (Incidentally, the original newspaper was attacking the KKK so the idea that mainstream America supported them a 100 years ago is not necessarily true.)
