iyi Ishusho
this is Kansai style sakuramochi, a common spring snack in Japan. It is sticky rice with red bean paste inside, wrapped in a pickled cherry blossom leaf. The pickled cherry blossom leaf picks up a kind of cinnamon taste from the pickling process, most people eat the leaf with the sakuramochi (although some people take it off and don't eat it)
