I'm not sure if they thought Santa was a terrorist (he ha a beard after all!) or if they thought he was smuggling drugs, but these cops are roughing up poor old Santa. They seem to be threatening him with arrest, and the cop on the right is even dumping out the contents of his bag. Poor guy!
